Matt Garza has made both of his starts for Class AAA Rochester in near-freezing conditions. As Jim Mandelaro, Red Wings beat writer for the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle, writes off of last night’s outing, Garza has a 2.25 ERA, but he’s allowed nine hits and seven walks in eight innings.
