Postgame debate: Which is better?

Well, La Velle’s in charge of tonight’s game story, so look for his breakdown shortly. I counted three baserunning mistakes by Alexi Casilla. He bobbled a would-be double play ball in the third inning, had a pop foul bounce out of his glove (negating a potential web gem), and was trying to slash bunt the first pitch with the team trailing 7-2 in the eighth inning. With rookies, you have to take the good with the bad, and Casilla had two of the team’s six hits. But … yikes.
Check back here tomorrow morning for lineups, as these teams will play the series finale at 12:10. Meantime, here’s a nice little barstool debate: There have been three recent pitching feats you don’t see very often. Which is the most impressive?
1) Johan Santana’s 17-strikeout performance Sunday against Texas.
2) Brandon Webb’s 42-inning scoreless streak.
3) Bobby Jenks’ stretch of 41 consecutive batters retired.
