Span has done well. If he was hitting with any luck, his OBP would be .500 and his BA would be .400.

i love reading all the negative posts by everyone. it's always something. if the offense was strong right now and the pitching was weak, it would be "FIRE RICK ANDERSON" or "RELEASE LIVAN!", "WHAT WERE THEY THINKING SIGNING HIM". i live out in san francisco and if you guys really want something to bitch about watch the giants games. you'll have a field day!

FTR: Tampa Bay vs. New York on ESPN. They've finally figured out his name is <i>Jason</i> Bartlett instead of Josh.

Span batted second and had a hit, a walk, a stolen base, and a run scored. Good job.

twins need a day off to regroup...its really frustrating when you see so much talent and such little to show for all the good things that have happened...the coming of gomez, the great pitching by the youngsters, livan coming thru, the play of tolbert-so many positive things and yet .....oh well a day off and get it on again wed....
