MC,
Great post and I agree 100%. This is a fun team to watch; young and talented. I look forward to seeing what they can do throughout the year.

This team reminds me of 01-02 in the youth and enthusiasm department.

I can picture Gomez on the steps with a rally cap ala Mient, he seems like a very quirky personality.

I'm going to enjoy watching this team, they have more talent than the 01-02 Twins, now it just needs to blossom.

Wow, the Tigers got 2 SB's, 10 hits, and 6 runs tonight.......and their pitching staff got creamed again.

These guys are turning into laughers.

I have to believe if the Twins had any inkling of an injury, they would have shut Garza down immediately. The way they've babied Baker and Slowey is typical, and those are mild muscle strains. The last time the Twins dealt with a nerve problem, they nearly lost a top-five pitching prospect (Rainville). Garza was their top pitching prospect not named Francisco. If they knew about this, they would have dealt with it right away. But Garza kept pitching (and actually pitched better in September).
