Twins pitcher Scott Baker left tonight’s game after three innings. Not sure of the reason yet, but he left his last start in the fifth inning with a mild groin strain.
Brian Bass has come on to pitch the fourth inning for the Twins.
Baker allowed one hit over three scoreless innings, throwing 30 of his 40 pitches for strikes.
Update: Baker was diagnosed with a minor re-aggravation of his right groin and was taken out of the game for precautionary reasons, according to the Twins.
