I am pretty sure that I am misunderstanding you, but are you implying that no one would be interested in Delmon, if the Twins were stupid enough to try to unload him?

If the Twins traded Delmon, I would hope they receive what the TWINS KNOW he is worth and not what the myopic blog commenters THINK he is worth.

See, who would want any of Monroe, Lamb, Young, and Boof? That’s what’s wrong with mj1’s 11:56 post. We have a shot at the division, but not at the wild card or the AL championship.

How can you replace any of the above 4 players? How can you go “let it all out”?

And why? The final focus still has to be on next year as this young, slightly-better-than-.500 ballclub develops this year while competing for the Central.
