At the beginning of the season, if I had told you all our “preferred” lineup, with Lexi at 2nd, would be:

1. Denard Span, RF
2. Alexi Casilla, 2B
3. Joe Mauer, C
4. Justin Morneau, 1B
5. Jason Kubel, DH
6. Delmon Young, LF
7. Brian Buscher, 3B
8. Brendan Harris, SS
9. Carlos Gomez, CF

You’d all have called me nuts.Span? Buscher? Casilla? Hahahahaha. That’s why I’m not too worried about this ballclub.

On a sour note, HR #1 of 6 for the White Sox.

Michael Young would fit in good with the Twins, he is not playing tonight because of a finger problem. Sure, trade for him, he’s “broken” in already.

“I’m sad because I was just starting to have fun.” Yeah baby. That is SO cool and hip. Let me clue you in, dude. There’s also this thing called a team. What I wish (stupid wish) is that just once some of these incredibly rich sports guys (the owner of the Vikings, the second baseman of the Twins, etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc.,) would, at least for the sake of public relations, think of themselves third, and the team first, and the fans second.
