Stop bad mouthing the Pohlads; when the Twins average over 34K a game, then the team can spend. For how many games did you bloggers buy tickets?

Keep Delmon; that's a no brainer. His 3-run HR off of Mariano Rivera says enough for me. He'll hit for power and average, in the clutch. KEEP HIM!

Maybe Punto's 2007 year was a fluke. He's versatile and worth keeping at his price.

Cuddyer, Perkins, Bonser, and some propect for either Hardy or Atkins, but there's no way the Twins will get both of them. Would hate to see Cuddy go, but...

Otherwise, is Revere ready?

Try Mulvey in place of Guerrier or one of the other prospects. Remember, both Lohse and Santana pitched out of the bullpen when first brought up by the Twins.

Boston never offered anything for Santana. Remember, Boston plays MoneyBall. Thank goodness the Twins passed on Hughes and Kennedy.

Hey, Bloggers, buy some tickets this year. I live in NJ and probably see more games in the Dome than most of you and I buy the tickets.

Mauer won't be lowballed as a FA.
They will try to renew him one year early ala Johan.
If he turns the Twins down, they will try to trade him before the fans burn the new stadium to the ground.

I will wager a modest sum that Mauer gets a new deal by the end of January. Smaller wager that Baker get's one as well. I think Liriano, maybe Slowey and Young, will be taken care of next off-season, if he has no injury problems this coming year.

That was the beauty of last off-season. LT deals to Morneau & Cuddyer. While the Cuddyer deal looks bad due to injury, the concept is great.

that would be ashame if they low ball Mauer. With Posada, an over the hill, average catcher at best making $14MM, I think 5 years and $90MM for Mauer won't be unrealistic.
