Update: Brian Buscher replaces Joe Crede at third base tonight. Denard Span is in center field, with Carlos Gomez on the bench.
The Blue Jays went 6-0 against the Twins last year, and it’s 9-0 stretching back to July 23, 2007.

Update: Scott Baker is here. The Twins haven’t announced a roster move, and might not until after Tuesday’s game, but Baker is scheduled to pitch Wednesday.
Update: Crede’s back feels fine. That’s saying something after seven straight games.
“Buscher needs to get in the lineup,” Manager Ron Gardenhire said. “It’s morseo that than anything to do with Crede’s health. It’s just about Buscher. I want him to play and everybody to be a part of this thing.”
Crede said he’s not worried about his .160 start.
“I’ve started off slow before,” he said. “You can see how easily things can turn around in one series. I feel I’m pretty close. I could have had a couple hits in Chicago. I hit a couple balls on the screws. I’m not going to sit there and lose confidence over not getting a hit. The biggest thing is having good at-bats and building your confidence up from there.”
