Brian Buscher, Jose Morales and Brendan Harris are in tonight’s lineup, as the Twins try to foil Blue Jays ace Roy Halladay.

The Twins counter with Francisco Liriano, who is making his first career start against Toronto. Liriano is 0-2 this April after going 0-3 last April.

Update: Joe Mauer has been running the bases in Fort Myers, Fla., and by next week, he should be ready to begin playing in extended spring training games with players headed to the Twins’ Gulf Coast League affiliate, Manager Ron Gardenhire said.

Gardenhire said Mauer is getting antsy to return.

“Everything’s going really good, and he’s feeling really good,” Gardenhire said.
