Friday’s Million Dollar Babies

Friday, April 18th, 2008

Been a while since we’ve done a Friday Fun. If you’re like me, you’re probably sitting on a few million dollars wondering how to get it out of the way before someone trips on it and has to go to the emergency room.

Good news! eBay has several cars that can turn piles of unsightly money into summer cruising fun.

Here’s the list:

–Two and a quarter million dollar Hemi ‘Cuda.

–Million dollar Rolls Royce Phantom (if you don’t already have one).

–Five million dollar Ferrari Testarossa (this could prevent several people stumbling in your money room)

Please send in a picture if you pick up any of these little beauties.

I’d skip the Cuda because of the auto. Not a Rolls type of guy, so that leaves the Ferrari.

It’s a red convert with a stick. What more does a body need?

Well, now I know who I’m bidding against….

Bidding ended on the Ferrari. Reserve was not met. I think with this economy, even the big ticket people are holding onto their Georges a little tighter these days.

It is interesting the way even people with massive net worth slow buying when the economy slows. Guess just because you have piles of dough doesn’t mean you want to burn it or invest imprudently.

If you weren’t a careful investor, you probably wouldn’t have lots of money….
