So, I’m going to a few baby showers in the near future. It got me thinking. What were the favorite things you received on or off of your registry? I’ll start us out with a few off the top of my head:

1) A homemade coupon book from my friends for babysitting so Peter and I can have a few date nights.

2) Baby bathtub full of soaps, shampoos, bath toys etc. Still going through all of the soaps, we got a ton, either that or we don’t bathe him enough….

3) Pack N’ Play/Play Pen: have used it every single day of his life, as bassinett, safe place when I have a quick need to run to the bathroom , travel bed, etc.

4) Bouncy seat: A must for the early months!

5) Baby Monitor: Allowed us to enjoy many a summer evening on the deck without having to worry about the baby.
