So the folks at the Home Safety Council have been calling me for weeks, wondering if we at Cribsheet will write about their new baby safety tips.

I’ve been putting it off, but then they called today to say there was a new baby safety quiz up on their site.

I love a quiz. So I checked it out.

Q: To protect your baby from burns due to hot tap water, which of the following is the correct setting for your home water heater?

Hmmm.

In the end, my sorry score was 2 out of 6. Good thing it’s my husband staying home watching the kids. If it were me, they’d probably be burned and missing limbs by now. With concussions.
