Every item is 40 percent off at Architectural Antiques (1330 Quincy St. NE., Minneapolis, 612-332-8344). The vintage salvage store has among the largest and most unique selcction of lighting, buffets, doors, stained glass and hardware in the Twin Cities, but the prices can be high. The sale runs Friday through Sunday.

Personally,  I think many items are overpriced, but if you find a unique item there during the sale, the price may be right at 40 percent off.

Am I being too harsh? Anyone else want to weigh in on the prices or selection?
