Southwest Airlines to Chicago for $69
Posted on November 10th, 2008 – 4:09 PMBy Elizabeth Larsen
Great news for people who travel to Chicago: Starting March 8, Southwest Airlines will offer $138 round-trip airfares to Midway Airport. Northwest/Delta has lowered their fares more than $200 to match Southwest’s rates. According to the Star Tribune, Southwest will start flying eight daily flights out of the Humphrey terminal at MSP.
Do you plan on traveling to Chicago once the new fares begin? Will you choose Southwest?

I will choose Southwest when they start going to Chicago! I usually go Northwest, but hear that Southwest is a good airline to try out. Plus, once in Chicago, we can transfer to their other cheap flights!
