What is your greatest weakness? What are your two weakest skills? We’ve all been asked tricky questions like these in an interview. How did you respond? Do you think you answered successfully?

Yes I have been asked this question in interviews and NO I have not been able to answer this question honestly. Why would I jeopardise my chances for a job I want. Honestly I have doubted the use of such questioning during an interview.

I agree completely. I think you have to answer this like a politician, who say things such as “Sometimes I care too much” as being a negative. When a politician is candid and actually answers that question with a true negative, then the other candidates seize on this and start attacking, just as an employer would use your candid comments against you.
