Claude says: Her lop-haired, kohl-eyed, cig-smoking Rachel in “Rachel Getting Married” has cleaned up beautifully, but her off-white bejeweled Armani gown somehow doesn’t make her look that great. Hippy, not in a good way.
Sara says: I LOVE this dress! Anne looks amazing in Armani. The pearly paillettes look like water. I say hot!

I have never understand this infatuation with the Oscars. It is a self-serving, patronizing act, that is voted upon only by other actors……the viewing public has no say. It is a a bunch of egotistical people who make an enormous amount of money playing ‘let’s pretend’. Granted, some actors and scripts are well worth the entertainment, but an award for it all, that is blown way out of proportion, is just too much for me. Never watch. By the way, Jody Foster spent her 12th birthday at my apartment in Marina del Rey……while she is one of the brightest in the business, she is just doing her job and that is how I always looked at it.
