To think,BC Beneke and some of you boys thought that DY and Go-Go could not improve after age 22.Torri was great at bring HR's back, but Go-Go cover twice the ground as Torri.Wait till learns how read pitches off the crack of the bat,his range will the best ever!

Buscher is hitting .295 with 47 RBI in 69 games (217AB). I agree with his fielding though... A little below avg in my opinion, but not horrible.

matt,

You should check your stats before posting. Lamb was the one hitting around .220. Buscher is hitting around .300

oh and Morneau terribly needs a day off. here's to hoping we don't have to have a playoff game with the White Sux so he can rest those tired knees

I love Gardy but he plays favorites too much. Punto and Buscher are prime examples. punto does hustle and come through with web gems and a nice offensive play here and there, but Buscher has done nothing to deserve a shot at starting - his defense is poor and he is batting like .220. Harris, Tolber and Everett and heck even Macri whose not even here last time i checked deserve it more. Bushcer has always put up nice numbers at AAA but hasn't gotten it figured out here. move on and get someone else in there.
