Blackhawks vs. Canucks. Neal vs. Morneau. The bet is on!

Being from Chicago, I follow the Blackhawks. Being from the Vancouver area, Justin Morneau follows the Canucks.
The clubhouse isn’t big enough for both of us (save the jokes).
Earlier today, we agreed to terms of a bet that could turn out to be entertaining to those who visit this blog.
Here’s what’s at stake.
If the Blackhawks win the Western Conference semifinal series against the Canucks, Morneau has to come on this blog and write something nice about the Blackhawks AND write a short column about something Twins-related (state of the team, life on the road, Nick Punto’s boxer briefs, whatever).
If the Canucks win the series, I have to blog something positive about the Canucks - and change my blog picture to include the Canadian flag for the rest of the playoffs. Eek.
The Hawks tied the series at 1-1 with a clinical performance on Saturday. Hawks goalie Nikolai Khabibulin was 0-11-1 against the Canucks going into the game. Now, backed by a fast and free-wheeling offense, he knows he can beat them.
That’s why I’m confident that you won’t see anything Canadian on this blog - other that words from Morneau as he writes about Chicago hockey and Twins baseball!
Who are YOU pulling for?
