Since ex-Jayhawk Mark Olson split up with wife Victoria Williams two years ago, he’s been traveling the world playing new songs about getting his spirit back.Those new numbers will be featured on”Salvation Blues,” due on June 15 on HackTone. His old Jayhawks partner, Gary Louris, sings on three selections, including “Poor Michael’s Boat,” which they co-wrote a while ago but never recorded until now. Ben Vaughan (Ween, Los Straitjackets) produced.
