No, I didn’t go to Wednesday’s show, too. But the folks at the X were kind enough to send me the planned set list. Please submit corrections if this isn’t what Bon Jovi played. Obviously, it’s similar but not the same set list as Tuesday.
1. Lost Highway 2. Born to be My Baby 3. You Give Love a Bad Name 4. Summertime 5. Captain Crash and the Beauty Queen from Mars 6. Radio Saved My Life Tonight 7. I’ll Sleep When I’m Dead 8. Blaze of Glory 9. I Got the Girl 10. Damned 11. We Got It Goin’ On 12. Bad Medicine 13. I’ll Be There for You (Richie Sambora singing lead) 14. Make a Memory 15. Til We Ain’t Strangers Anymore 16. Who Says You Can’t Go Home 17. Have a Nice Day 18. Keep the Faith 19. Livin on a Prayer 20. Wanted Dead or Alive 21. I Love This Town
What did you think of the show? Did you go to both shows? How did they compare? Please post your comments here:

i thought jon and the gang rocked! although would have loved to hear more of his older stuff.
Bon Jovi was so energetic and dance-worthy. Jon was much more mobile and animated than I thought he would be, which is awesome.
The band also played It’s My Life. My favorite moment was Daughtry joining in for Blaze of Glory….and Livin’ on a Prayer.
I’m happy for you. It would have been like sending a corn dog vendor to a betty crocker bake off.

If I had been to the Springsteen show I might have understood or even enjoyed Jon Bream’s review of the Bon Jovi show lase night. As it is, I am sitting in front of my computer scratching my head. Oh, well. I greatly enjoyed the concert last night although JBJ kind of sounded like he was inhaling helium from his microphone on a couple songs.
Jon Bream - Was this a Bon Jovi concert review or a Springsteen review. Let’s keep the “apples” and “oranges” separate and also the reviews. I very much enjoyed the concert (wed) and thought that Daughtry was a hard act to follow. I do agree with the last posting that Bon Jovi’s voice did sound a little nasaly/high pitched in a few of the songs (may have been a sound issue) but as the night went on - he just got better!
i have seen Bruce many times including this week, and have seen Bon Jovi many times. They are different entertainers. Bruce has aged alot, we were in the 10th row and we were sitting alot ,and kind of bored at times with the new stuff even though i have his last cd. For Bon Jovi we were in the 9th row, and never sat down for Daughtrey or Bon Jovi.Just pure energy the whole evening.Bruce and Bon Jovi were both great.what a week!
We went to both shows. The second show blew the first one out of the water.
My cousin and I went to the Wed. night show and it rocked. The only stupid then WE did was leave a little early to fight traffic and drive 100 miles north. Tell me one thing…..did Bon Jovi and Daughtry sing “Wanted Dead or Alive” together that night? I knew they sang “Blaze of Glory”. Thanks.
No, they didn’t sing together, but they should have. What a pair, they put on quite a show. I’m glad to hear that the Wed show was better that the Tues show because I was there Wednesday! Richy also sounded real good.
I can’t imagine comparing Bon Jovi (Jon) to Bruce. So what they are both from Jersey? Is that why? Completely different frontmen if you ask me. Jovi ROCKED — both nights. Wednesday night was better in my opinion. I haven’t been to a bad Jovi show ever and I know I never will — they are all good!
I dont understand, when they write a review that they make up such crap! if you ask any one who has ever been to a BON JOVI concert they dont have a bad word to say about it and they are on a high for another week getting over such a great concert! Im in Australia and i went to their concert when they were here in January, I hope they come back soon cos im hanging for another great night with they guys, i just wish i could tour with them, they are a great band and put on a fantastic show!!
