Tonight’s 7th Street Entry show by Dillinger Four isn’t just another night of fun for the loud and lewd local lads, it’s actually a warmup to a tour with NOFX (no local date). And the tour isn’t just another excuse to leave home – it’s to promote the long-awaited new D4 album. Hallelujah! Jesus must really be been hanging out at the Triple Rock these days. It’s the band’s first since 2002’s “Situatianist Comedy.”

The disc is called “C I V I L W A R” (I’m still trying to figure that one out), and it lands Oct. 14 on Fat Wreck Chords. That’s the cover with the penguins on it.
