Check out www.lotusflow3r.com. That’s the name of one of his three new albums. There are three new tracks up there (one’s a cover of “Crismon and Clover,” and the other is a song with his new protegee Bria Valente). It also promises concert tickets to come. Anyone getting excited yet?

No. I am not excited. Boy, the new year is quite the boring time for music. Can’t say there is a good show or CD coming out in the next few weeks. I just looked through the City Pages and couldn’t find a show too exciting to see. Kind of excited for the Louris/Olson disc but that is about it. Guess i’ll have to buy a few discs off Jon and Chris’s top 10 of 2008 lists to find some good music.
I’m Excited! 2007 was fun with the three shows in one day in downtown Minneapolis (Yes, I was at all three!) and a new album. Not a lot in 2008 except a Coachella gig and the 21 Nights book/CD. Can’t wait for these albums and possible live shows.
