Atmosphere’s “God Loves Ugly” reissued

Hey, if Jason Mraz and T-Pain get to do it with their boring albums that haven’t even been out a year, then Atmosphere deserves to release an “expanded edition” of its breakthrough CD — and, I often (but not always) say, their best one – 2002’s “God Loves Ugly.” With the record reportedly out of print for over a year, Rhymesayers is issuing a redux of it on Tuesday featuring the “Sad Clown Bad Dub 4″ DVD with two hours of live performance, interviews, candid stuff, etc., all from that tour, which also featured Eyedea & Abilities. Maybe the reissue will convince Slug and Ant to finally bring “The Bass & the Movement” back into the live sets.
