Attention under-age fans and/or old rockers who don’t mind going without alcohol: Eclipse Records in St. Paul has a stellar lineup tonight with psychedelic guitar guru Michael Yonkers (in photo) and his noisemaking pals the Blind Shake, plus the Chambermaids and Seawhores. Bring your ear plugs, and maybe some spending cash for browsing the bins between bands. It’s a “release party” for Issue No. 4 of the fanzine TEVS. Show starts at 7 p.m., $4.
