“The Tonight Show” doesn’t post its music clips, for whatever dumb reason, so here’s a bootleg. His lawyers will probably have this down in about 10 minutes, so watch it now… It’s the song “Ol’ Skool Company” from the “MPLSound” CD.

It takes a minute to load and then there is a 30 second commercial. Fast forward to about 38 minutes for the Prince performance.
Thursday’s song was “Dreamer” a guitar heavy song with Michael Bland and Sonny Thomson (ex-NPG band members ans Twin Cities musicians about town) backing him up.

Last night he played “Dreamer” from the Lotusflow3r disc. A Hendrix style guitar jam performed with a stripped down band featuring his ex bandmates Michael Bland and Sonny Thompson!!
