The puck just dropped in the state championship game between the North Metro Stars (19-7-3) and the Stillwater Ponies (21-6-3). Great goalie match up here at Xcel — Stillwater senior goalie Amanda Plumm and North Metro eighth grader Kayla Kreuter have been key in their team’s victories so far in the tournament, so expect some big saves from these girls tonight.
