The second round of wrestling for Class 1A individuals is completed, and here are the headlines…

*Three of the four Lexvold brothers from Kenyon-Wanamingo have made it to the semifinals: Mitchel at 103, Chad at 112 and Nathan at 135.

*Another defending state champion has fallen. Matt Benson of Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley/Chokio-Alberta lost to Grant Hegge of Southland. In Wednesday’s first round, Hegge beat Pierz’s Clint Poster, last year’s champ at 103.

*At 130, top-ranked Cole Von Ohlen of Jackson CC beat #2 Jon Hegge of Southland in the quarterfinals.
