Well, that was a largely uneventful 17 minutes. Blake is keeping normally high-flying Warroad completely bottled up. The Warriors had just two shots on goal in the second period and have just five in the game. That’s after they fired 90-plus combined in the first two games of the tournament.

Of note, though: Warroad will begin the third period with the final 30 seconds or so of a 5-on-3 advantage. A quick goal to start the final period could change the complexion of this game.
