Friday edition: Wha’ happened?

Packers 9, Vikings 7, Minnesota first downs 3, Vikings playoff chances 0: This is the one and only thing that happened last night, and we’ll keep this brief because most of you saw it, at least the parts up until you clawed your own eyeballs out. Some quick thoughts:
1) Why play Tarvaris Jackson if you’re going to use the Brad Johnson plays?
2) It would be helpful if sometimes on those long passes Troy Williamson held onto the ball. It’s even in his job description. He’s not a wide “caretaker,” who simply needs to usher the ball to the ground. He is a wide “receiver,” which implies some sort of possession.
3) The defense can’t be asked to do much more.
4) Coming soon: Dispatches from Lambeau from a man on the scene.
