The right-handed pitcher agreed to a minor-league deal with the Twins today. He was released twice last year; that’s the bad news. The good news? He once won 17 games in a season. It’s not a major move, but it is fairly low-risk. Of course, we also thought that about Tony Batista last year before he turned the hot corner into a lukewarm area.
