In a move that sent shockwaves through Steelers country, safety Troy Polamalu has changed his name to … Troy Polamalu. That’s according to the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review. He was apparently, legally, Troy Benjamin Aumua before the switch. We assume this report is true, although if you’ll recall, the Tribune-Review once reported that Troy’s new coach would be Russ Grimm. So just hang tight. We’d also like to announce we’re keeping our name just as it is – even if there are various impostors out there (photo of one of our “others” from cdbaby.com). We assure you we have never put out a CD called “Old Dogs,” though we assume our namesake is a fine crooner.
