The Wolves rookie guard, who appeared to have supplanted Mike James as the starting point guard based on Sunday’s game against the Celtics, was cited about 7 hours after the game ended — that’s 2:40 a.m. — for getting into a fight at a closed gas station with three other acquaintances. Police said it was unclear what started the fight, but we’re guessing it was among these things:

*Foye, claiming he only had large bills, wouldn’t chip in four bucks for gas.

*Foye wanted to listen to some Neil Diamond, just for a change.

*One of the acquaintances kept saying, “Yeah, but you’re no Brandon Roy.”
