We had heard the legend for quite some time — that Devil Rays-turned-Royals outfielder Joey Gathright could jump over a car — but it appears we have proof now in the form of this Youtube video sent to us by a trusted colleague. At the very least, this is footage of somebody jumping over a car. And that’s way more than we could ever hope to do — at least without smashing a passenger side window. Oh, who are we kidding. A door.
