000001pike.pngYou haven’t heard of Ted Sevransky? Really? Well it appears you just don’t do enough betting on Arena Football. From a press release we just received:

The nation’s documented number one Arena Football Handicapping Expert, Ted Sevransky of Sportsmemo.com, is creating a commotion in Vegas with the release of his weekly AFL picks. A select few handicappers and professional bettors can truly affect the line on any given game. Sevransky’s plays have seen a tremendous amount of movement, anywhere from two to six points, since the start of the Arena Football season in March. Sportsmemo.com has even had to adjust their company policy to accommodate the needs of their clients who were not able to place their bets at the number that Sevransky released with his picks as a result of the significant line movements. “When Teddy talks Vegas listens,” commented Sportsmemo.com CEO Tim Trushel. “We were fielding calls left and right from our clients who were frustrated that they couldn’t get their bets in at the number Teddy released. As a result, we had to change our policy to better suit our client’s needs.”

Staggering, really. And not to pile on, but the use of the apostrophe in the second-to-last-word would indicate there is really only one client. We don’t think that was their intention, but you can never be sure. Also, we’d like to declare ourselves as experts on all things that have happened to us in the past 30 years. Just so we don’t feel left out of this whole expert business.
