That’s former 49ers quarterback Steve Young. What we saw two days ago during ESPN’s coverage of the NFL draft? We’re not sure who that guy was, but he didn’t look like Steve Young. As we mentioned before, he looked like the love-child of Mr. Spock and Rob Lowe’s character in “Thank You for Smoking.” This Youtube clip is shaky, but around the 3:20 mark you get about 3 seconds of Young, or whoever that was. An e-mailer was worried about this faux Young. Deadspin is worried. Our guy Tom Linnemann is mortified, hinting at Botox. What is going on here?
