That’s probably not what Curt Schilling had in mind

00000000000000001schilling.jpgRed Sox pitcher Curt Schilling might be able to control the message by spelling out his failures pitch-by-pitch on his blog, but he does not have complete control over his commenters. Perhaps it’s Sock-man’s fault for incorporating the made-up (and accurate) word “craptastic” into his recap of last night’s outing against the Yankees. But witness comment No. 1 from someone called “healthbetold”: “Way to be older and crappier than Mussina was last night.” Zing! The 39th pitch might be a fastball in healthbetold’s ear. Then again, it might be a changeup. Frankly, it’s hard to tell the difference with Schilling these days.
