The Internets: And the problem is what, exactly?

0000000000000000000000000000000000001spartans.jpgThe AOL FanHouse, not to be confused with this House of Fans, has a perplexing find about Colts players being upset that there were cheerleaders warming up near their locker room and applauding measures to crack down on such a thing for visiting teams. “You’re more focused on the task at hand,” Colts corner Kelvin Hayden said, and we’re not really going to delve into that one. Seriously, though, this is a problem for NFL players. A problem? Really? A problem. A problem? Really.

“Solo was forced into isolation from the team at its hotel and didn’t join the other players for meals.” Awesome.

Mostly, we just enjoy the name of this blog. Any blog that references happier, better times in The Office history is fine by us.

Apparently, LeBron played the role of overmatched teammate on SNL.

They’re fairly excited about the Rockies in Colorado. The one-game playoff is 6:30 tonight, and it’s on TBS!

The skit where LeBron was on High School Musical 3 was decent…then again, LeBron didn’t have to do much heavy lifting in that skit.

The real question is who will win the U pick’em Superrook or Toonces? It may go down to a tie breaker, which I think should be, who can eat the most grits?

As a host, LeBron has tremendous upside, he’s freakishly athletic, versatile, and, most importantly, long. He’s got a great motor. He’s a high character guy.

The champagne in the pumpkin Kanye West skit I think was the best from SNL this week. “give a black man a chance… give a strong black man a chance”

TBS is pre-empting Everybody Loves Raymond for the NL play-in game? I am duly surprised.

I’m even more surprised that TBS cares when the Braves aren’t even involved this year.

To keep it interesting, the losing pitcher of record in the Rockies/Padres game will be eaten by Tony Gwynn. If it goes into extra innings, the fans get to vote online on which losing player gets to be “Seconds for Tony.”

Actober!
