Speaking of ambulances and the fact that musicians, actors you name it die every day is this really news (from a AOL news link) ...."Southern rapper Pimp C died of an accidental overdose of a combination of drugs he had named in his lyrics — codeine and promethazine, the county coroner's office ruled Monday" Personally, I think drug deaths are not news and should be ignored, since even in death these guys get way too much attention...

I agree, Rand, although, if they weren't willing to play recreational games against each other, could we at least get skills competitions? I enjoy the hell out of those. The one with college players this past weekend was excellent. Even the kicking is entertaining.

I know you read the comments RB, since my Academic Treatise on the Digit seems to be out of print !!

As for the Pro Bowl, Hell these guys could buy Hawaii and it's just an honor anyway, and I'm surprised more guys don't "pull out", an operative phrase I stole from above. I mean if Moss or Brady did go, all they would get is a variation on the wild exultation "You're the best!!..I mean almost the best, and we can't offer you a trip to Disneyland, but be honest now since only millions are watching, how did it feel to have the wheels fall off the car, how did it feel to lose" ?

C'mon I'd stay home too...

Wow, Stu, that Arlen Specter thing made me throw up a little. Do politicians really think that no one is going to find out who their supporters are? Is there any way that he can be removed from his position for wasting taxpayer money to try and hold expensive hearings in order to attack one of the competitors of his financial backers?

Could it be that Rand doesn't read our comments? Or give a rat's ass what we have to say? Or is it just jama he ignores? I mean, I could see skipping any of jama's posts referencing the Bears...
