Since the last time we checked, we live in a democracy, we’re going to throw this out to you bright and early and with several days’ advance warning: We’re going to do another NCAA men’s basketball tournament pool for fun this year with you RandBallin’ fools. There will be prizes, of course, and we’re working on those. But our question is this: What’s your favorite way to run a pool? There are several different ways to do it and score it (um …), but we’re willing to let a consensus rule the day.

By the way: Pat Neshek is a vegan? Prince Fielder is a vegetarian? The Vikings have to negotiate with Ellis Wyms? (Local Quipster’s words: “Ellis, here is how much we’re offering. We’re giving you this because you are someone who is completely anonymous. Take it or leave it.” Oh, and don’t forget this. Not sayin’, just sayin’. To date, it hardly seems like our worst prediction.
