Wilson’s buried in Washington DC. Minnesota stole Washington DC’s baseball team.

Wilson got married while in the White House, and threw a party. Jesse Ventura’s kids reached the age of majority while he was in the Governor’s Mansion, and threw parties.

That’s three tenuous Minnesota connections without the services of Wikipedia, Stu. I don’t think you’re trying hard enough.

Although the only limits on the Hunt Down are those of the reader’s imagination, I do try to limit them to folks with at least a tenuous MN connection. I don’t believe that Woody, as I like to call him, had any.

(That said, “Stu Hunts Down Your Favorite Obscure Dead President” will be running every Thursday at Kirschtopia starting in May. First up is Chester Arthur. He gets what’s coming to him, let’s put it that way.)

Speaking of HS basketball, way to go Skippers. My friend cut CJ Erickson’s hair on Friday which is the most likely explanation for their 22 point comeback. This seems like a great place to mention that S.U. Perrookie’s field goal record was NOT broken at the game.

Hopkins High School’s hockey recruiters need to get to work; they’re clearly being out-classed by the basketball recruiters at this point. Somebody call AD Dan Johnson - he can’t be pleased with his hockey staff after yet another middle-of-the-pack Classic Lake finish.
