Concessions deal at new Twins ballpark announced

In a major move that will dictate much of your future ballpark enjoyment, the Twins announced today they have signed on with Delaware North Companies Sportservice to be the “exclusive concessionaire” at the ballpark slated to open in 2010. Twins president Dave St. Peter said in a press release that the club looks “forward to enhancing our fans’ experience with the best food and beverage options in Major League Baseball.” Not sure what that means for the Dome Dog, but we’ll see. Delaware North also provides concessions for the White Sox, Cardinals, Tigers, Reds, Brewers, Dodgers, Indians, Padres and Rangers.
That leads to an obvious question: any food suggestions for these fine folks as we head towards 2010?
