KFAN (must've been Chad because the rambling was incessant) talked about how Sheriffs Wilf and Childress may be taking a more measured look at the transgressions of players vis a vis their employment or potential employment on the Vikings. DUI's and pot busts may not be rated as high on the bad boy scale as, say, brawling outside nightclubs. An example pointed out was Dwight Smith being inactive for the last game(s) not because he was puffing the funny stuff, but because he was huffin' and puffin' too much covering receivers.

Would Wolves fans turn down a chance to get Carmelo Anthony? Who was, like, bombed as heck when he got nailed.

BTW - there was a reason Allen's suspension was two games instead of four. Getting charged for a DUI is different than being convicted of it (as some Canadian border agents don't understand). Not to excuse his behavior, but it's obvious the Vikes brain trust sees a difference between the Allen and McKinnie issues.

What would you say if your employer asked you how old you were? Miguel Tejada needs some advice.

Rand

No links to the end of the Isiah Thomas adventure?

This means McHale can officially step forward to take the worst GM in the NBA award. I think McHale and Matt Millen are going to meet in the parking lot behind Denny's to fight over who the worst GM in sports is.

By the way, is it a party foul to show up to the Vikings draft party in a Bears jersey? Can I go and cheer when the Bears take some no-name OT that will be injured all season and 3 seasons later get cut only to turn into an all pro with another team?

Is Peyton Manning doing another Visa commercial? When did he become a cheerleader?

By the way Allen has 3 DUI's, most of the AV commenters are nearing double digits so they should be okay with it.
