Speaking of Puckett’s game six homer, why is it that Kirk Gibson’s homer gets so much more play. It wasn’t nearly as important to that series…and Kirk Gibson sucks.

Didn’t catch that conversation I guess. Phillips is in his late 40’s so I hope it was a bit. He looks like he’s about 60 with all that gray though. I agree that Phillips can be a bit much but I think Orel is great when discussing the pitching. Plus I saw Orel on the National Heads Up Poker Championship on NBC. He’s an interesting guy.
