I'd add Favray (and how in the heck, even with a Creole pronounciation) does anyone come up with "Favray" from "Favre" Lots of Minnesota kids were left behind I quess.

Anway, I'd put him in in the outfield...any position except of course Chili Bean's, since we must remember this guy still has the arm to break his receiver's fingers (as we always hear)...

And jamajuice, can't blame me for yesterday. I spent it fishing in Wiscoland

I imagine Shooter Hunt will be on a Garza-like schedule. Be nice to see how he does the rest of this season.

Excepting Nate Dogg, the future looks pretty bright.

Slama is old, if he doesn't get to AAA by the end of next year I'm not sure he will ever crack the Twins bullpen.

"Nate Dogg arrested for stalking. The best part is the comments though."

Maybe he had just seen a car full of girls. So in all reality, there is no need to tweek. Because in the end all you skirts know what's up with the 213.

Unfortunately Slama is stuck behind Robert Delaney... another sweet, shut-em-down reliever. Both guys will probably be ready around 2010 to 2011, same with Guerra. Good to see him start showing some real promise. He's struggled a bit this year, but no need to rush him at that age.

I believe Garza was the last guy rushed, although he pitched in college so he was a bit polished.

Guerra is still in A ball and probably won't be up until 2011. Right about the time all the current pitchers start to make too much money. The 2011 rotation will probably look nothing like the 2010 rotation with the young guys starting to make more money.

So glad to know I'm taller than Kevin Pollack. Not by much.

Didn't see anyone mention Deolis Guerra up there. Guy just threw a 3 hit shutout in Florida.

I bet Slama would move up faster if he started sliding headfirst onto the rubber.

Brandon

Who was the last Twins starting pitcher to get "rushed through the organization".

He'll be fine as long as he doesn't walk people. We all know that is deadly sin #1 in the Twins organization. Followed closely by being a patient hitter.
