The video you see below is by the band Damn Yankees, and the song is “High Enough.” It features perhaps the worst collection of hair this side of an REO Speedwagon reunion concert. Can that collection of clowns take anybody high enough? Doubtful, unless height is determined by hair volume.

However, is also a very good karaoke song, particularly when belted out by the likes of RandBall and the RBBH in harmonizing duet (she does the hard parts, of course, as she has the talent). We wouldn’t say it’s our “best” karaoke song, but it’s definitely top 10. Best ever? Toxic by Britney Spears. Naturally. But it’s a lazy Friday, and we’re trying hard not to talk about baseball (because that only leads to heartbreak) or the Vikings (because that only leads to heartbreak). So let’s do a commenter draft. Best karaoke songs. Once a song is picked, it is off the board. Consider Toxic taken. And … go!
