MC Hammer, Twitter and you

Stu sent us a message, excited, on Saturday. “MC Hammer is following YOU. Awesome.” Indeed, we decided to follow MC Hammer’s Twitter feed after stumbling onto it much by accident recently. And the good sir is now, in turn, one of 38 people following RandBall via Twitter. What a world. What a country. One of Hammer’s most recent musings:
It takes courage and strength to live positive and “Commit to Self Happiness” … Negativity is a “cowards” favorite drink.
Indeed. So wise.
One thing about Ed Hochuli: We’re getting kind of tired of the “oh, Ed must be relieved” line now that the Chargers have a chance to dethrone the Broncos. Peter King was the most recent we’ve read to trot it out. Wrote King:
Denver (8-7) travels to San Diego (7-8) Sunday night on NBC, and the winner will take all; San Diego is 4-1 in division games, Denver 3-2. Of course the happiest man on the planet at this turn of events is Ed Hochuli, whose blown call in Week 2 that helped Denver win the first game between the teams won’t matter now — if San Diego wins Sunday.
Yeah, and if he hadn’t blown that call, and all the outcomes from the other games were still the same, the Chargers would have clinched the division already.
But now we will let go of negativity, the drink of cowards. We will now turn our attention to positivity, the Packers and drinks of the brave.
