This whole Rashad McCants/Khloe Kardashian are they a couple or aren’t they a couple stuff is, of course, a complete and utter waste of time. It’s another sign of the bleeding line between sports and gossip (shout out, AZGG!) and also a sign that we don’t get much celebrity gossip in these parts — hence the chatter ’round town about a D-list celebrity and an NBA benchwarmer. But we would like to take the reported news that Shaddy changed his Facebook status from “in a relationship” to “it’s complicated” (which is simply priceless) as a chance to note that McCants’ relationship to the nine-man rotation has undergone the same metamorphaosis — just as fans of the team, during that same time period, have gone from “single” to “it’s complicated” and are now thinking about sliding all the way over to “in a relationship” in regards to the Wolves if the team can string together another couple victories tonight over Detroit and Friday over the Lakers.

All of this is a long and complicated way of saying that yes, we are going over to Target Center tonight. And yes, we will take you on in Scramble anytime you like.
