Well, get used to the idea Sage Rosenfels being your Vikings quarterback in 2009. That, of course, raises all sorts of questions. The big one: do you like it. Two very spirited Vikings fans we’ve communicated with in the past couple hours offer two very different opinions. If we had to boil down their sentiments, it would be this:

Drew Magary: About [redacted] time!
Rocket: What the [redacted] are they doing?

Our biggest wonder: If this does indeed, go through, do the Vikings see Rosenfels (who will turn 31 in March) as a long-term answer, a short-term stopgap, what? And either way, is he someone that can take this team to the promised land?
