go-beavers-017.jpggo-beavers-006.jpgWe will start the day with something that is, quite simply, an awesome display of fandom. Behold the Snow Beaver. Photos and the text below come from Jamie Mostad, a very excited Bemidji State hockey fan.

Here is the picture of Bucky the Beaver! It was a great project for Sunday afternoon. Our family is really just getting into hockey all of our kids are in Bemidji Youth Hockey. I have a niece, Kayli and her friend Megan, they are both hockey cheerleaders for Bemidji High School; another niece, Karlee, who plays for the girls 14U team; a nephew, Logan, who is a Squirt; and niece, Hanah, who is a Mite 4; and my son Gage had his first year of hockey as a Mite 1; and my youngest son Reece had his first year in skating as a Tot 1. We are routing for the BEAVERS to WIN in the Frozen Four! GO BEAVERS!!!

In the picture Mitch Smith, Dwayne, Kade and Stacy Black, Gary Dahl (my Dad and the Beaver is in his yard, on Cty Rd 9 and Loganah Lane) Karlee Tower, Logan and Lisa Smith (Lisa is kneeling), me (Jamie), my son Gage Mostad, Megan Denzer, Hanah Smith next to Gage, Kayli Tower above Hanah and my other son Reece and husband Matt Mostad.

And, of course, the finished product. That is dedication. Remember: game time is 4 p.m. on ESPN2. Several viewing parties are planned in the metro area, including at Joe Senser’s in Roseville and Bloomington.

[And closed-circuit to any interested parties: we have lost a "client" for our scheduled 12:10 "meeting at the Metrodome." If any 1 person is interested in gaining "valuable business experience" during a long meeting in the "upper general seating area," please contact us by 11:30 this morning].

Fasola-link! A dating idea.
